  • How much does the average member save per year?

    The average single member saves between $50-70 dollars each year. The average double member saves between $120-150 each year*.

    *Estimated savings are calculated by comparing member and ticket prices from a random selection of eight shows in 2023.

  • What is the difference between gold and standard membership?

    Standard memberships are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase whereas Gold Memberships last three years and offer a year-on-year discount.

  • What do I need to qualify for a concession membership?

    You will need one of the following legal cards to be eligible for a concession membership: Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Healthcare Card, Veteran Card, or Carer and Companion Card.

  • Do I receive a membership card?

    Our membership scheme is cardless; your member details are linked to your email address and are accessible from the time you put a membership in your basket! Our system will automatically find your membership when purchasing tickets online, over the phone, or at the Box Office counter.

  • Do all shows have member prices?

    Our members receive a discounted admission price for shows selected by the West Gippsland Arts Centre. We also strongly encourage shows that commercially hire our venue to set a special ticket price for our

  • Will I receive a notification when my membership is close to expiring?

    Yes, we will send you an email to notify you when your membership is roughly a month from expiring. We will send a letter to your postal address if you have not supplied us with an email address.

  • How do I renew my membership?

    Memberships can be renewed online, over the phone, or in person with our friendly Box Office staff. Please note that to renew your membership online you will need to log in to your account first.

  • My details have changed. How do I update the details on my membership?

    Please send us an email or contact our Box Office Staff on 03 5624 2456 to update your details.

  • Do members get a discount on drinks or confectionary from the bar?

    No, members do not currently receive a discount on drinks and confectionary at the bar. However, Members may receive a free drink at select special events.

  • * Can Members reserve tickets?

    Yes, Members can contact our Box Office in person or via phone to reserve tickets. Reservations need to be paid in full no later than one month to the date of the event. If payment is not received, all reserved seats will automatically be released back to the general public. Please take note of the reservation cut-off date as we are unable to send reminders.
