The Lyrebird Room
The Lyrebird Room is named in honour of the much loved and famed lyrebird sculptures created by Hedley Potts which were installed in the original WGAC foyer in the early 1980s. With a maximum capacity of 60 guests, the Lyrebird Room is a perfect space for confidential meetings, training workshops, and team meetings that require an intimate setting.

The Fountain Room
The Fountain Room is our largest function space with a vantage point overlooking Civic Park's gorgeous gardens and water fountains. The Fountain Room hosts up to 200 guests and supports many flexible room options including a central divider breaking the space into north and south rooms. The Fountain Room is perfect for large conferences, stakeholder meetings, workshops, training sessions, rehearsals or keynote speakers.
