Nestled in Warragul's scenic Civic Park, the West Gippsland Arts Centre proudly serves the community with a huge 750-auditorium, versatile meeting and function spaces, a vibrant community art gallery, welcoming pop-up council service desk, and a social enterprise cafe run operated by Knoxbrooke. 

Open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and an hour before each performance, the West Gippsland Arts Centre is Gippsland's Centre of Choice. 

In the early 1970s, a small group of residents shared a vision and worked relentlessly to secure funding to create West Gippsland's own Performing Arts Centre. The West Gippsland Arts Centre is now an essential community asset supporting local arts and culture.

The West Gippsland Arts Centre is operated by the Baw Baw Shire Council and is funded by Creative Victoria's Regional Partnerships Funding Programme.
