West Gippsland Arts Centre is the region’s major performing arts, cultural and community hub catering to a wide variety of events, meetings, conferences and festivals. It provides our community with entertainment, stimulation, excitement, a point of social gathering, a place for families to share experiences, for children to take their first bow, and for the community to see the world of touring performing arts available to people in cities and towns elsewhere.

Proposal:

We would like you to consider sponsoring a West Gippsland Arts Centre presented show for our upcoming seasons. 

Supporting the West Gippsland Arts Centre’s program of events is an exciting opportunity for your business. At a time when it is increasingly challenging to gain a marketing profile for businesses and services, we can offer you a chance to put your business front and centre with our community and ensure your profile is prominent. Your sponsorship provides an opportunity to show your  

engagement with our fantastic community venue to deliver a wide range of shows throughout the year.  

In addition to the marketing advantages we offer you, we also provide you with tickets to the show you are

sponsoring. This enables you to meet your prospective customers, reward existing customers and suppliers and provide special benefits to your employees.

West Gippsland Arts Centre Sponsorship

Show Package - $2,000 (ex GST)

In return for your sponsor contribution of $2,000 you will gain the following benefits:

SHOW SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE INFORMATION:

• 10 Complimentary tickets to your sponsored show.

• 2 Complimentary tickets to a further 3 shows from our 2020 season. 

• Pre or Post-Show function for you and your guests at your sponsored show 

• Complimentary Corporate Season Membership for your organisation. (provides anyone nominated by your business, showing your corporate member card, with access to member pricing on all relevant shows.)

• Your business name/logo featured on the show page of the WGAC season brochure/s if printed.

• Your logo featured in all advertising (electronic newsletter, quarterly updates, press ads, posters, flyers, banners, signage, social media) for the show you sponsor (or business name spoken as part of radio advertising).

• Your logo included (as a season partner) on pre-show booking reminder emails for all shows during the season.

• Link to your business website via WGAC’s website.

• Voiceover acknowledgement of your business at regular intervals in foyer announcements pre-show and during interval (where relevant)

• Acknowledgement of your Show Sponsorship on our internal electronic display signage plus

• 1 year still-slide display (rotating basis) on the foyer TV screens.

• Banner Display space in the foyer for one week prior to your sponsored show.

• Access to WGAC meeting room hire at a special sponsor rate. 

• First option to sponsor a show in the following year's season.

To become a sponsor, you can choose from the shows in our Season and on confirmation, you will receive all the fabulous benefits above.

Simply advise 3 shows you would like to sponsor, in preference order. The shows will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  

You can also sponsor one of our 'season types' (see below) for a special package price - sponsor a whole season type for even better value and maximise your exposure to our audiences. 

We would like you to consider this sponsorship opportunity not only as a chance to support the cultural life of the Baw Baw community, but also as a genuine marketing initiative for your business. Many of the benefits of becoming a sponsor are designed to enhance awareness of your business directly to our patrons and visitors.
