Important Notice:
West Gippsland Arts Centre is upgrading to a new ticketing system.
How do Members log in? Do I need to create a new account?
Existing WGAC Members will need to create and verify a new IWannaTicket account using the same email address linked to their membership. Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to access your Member pricing and benefits. Your login details for our legacy ticketing system (Red61) will remain unchanged.
Once that’s done, you’ll be able to access your account, member benefits, and member ticket prices as usual. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, our Box Office team is happy to help.
How can I buy a ticket at Members Pricing?
Members must be signed in before they can purchase a ticket at Member pricing. Click here to log in, and after you have logged in, go back to your ticket page or refresh the page.
Member prices should now appear.
How do Members reserve tickets?
Members can reserve seats and pay for them anytime up to 30 days before the event. Once a reservation is made, a secure payment link will be sent to your account so you can complete your booking at your convenience. Reservations can be viewed at any time by logging into your account. Please note that reservation reminder notices will no longer be sent. Any reservations that remain unpaid within 30 days of the event will automatically be released for sale.
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
Yes. Our Box Office team can assist you with your booking over the phone. However, for your security and privacy, we can no longer accept credit card details by phone through our new ticketing system. Instead, we’ll send a secure payment link to your email, allowing you to complete your purchase safely online within 24 hours.
I've logged into my account, but I can't see all of my ticket purchases. Where are they?
Don’t worry – your tickets haven’t disappeared. As we transition to our new ticketing system, some past purchases may still be stored in our previous system and may not yet appear in your new account. To make things easier, we’ve created a handy ticket finder tool. Simply enter the name of your event and it will tell you which account or ticketing system holds your booking, so you can quickly access your tickets. If you’re still unable to find your booking, our Box Office team is happy to assist.
Will my printed tickets from the old ticketing system still work at the door?
Yes. Tickets purchased through our previous ticketing system, including printed email tickets, will continue to be accepted at the door during the transition period. When we complete the move to our new ticketing system in the coming months, all tickets from the old system will be migrated to the new platform. We will contact all affected customers before this happens to ensure you can print your new tickets out if you choose.
How can I book Companion Card seating?
Booking with a Companion Card is now even easier and can be completed online. Simply add your paid ticket to the cart, and the Companion Card ticket option will automatically become available for selection. If you need any assistance with your booking, our Box Office team is happy to help.
How can I book a wheelchair seat?
To ensure we can provide the most suitable seating and assistance for your visit, wheelchair seating bookings can be made by contacting our Box Office on 03 5624 2456 or by visiting us in person. Our team will be happy to help arrange the best available seating for your needs.
