Show Not Appearing?
Here's How to Clear Your Cache.
Some customers may experience difficulty viewing newly released shows for sale on our website.
This can occur during periods of high demand or if customers are actively viewing or refreshing the events page before tickets officially go on sale.
Most web browsers store a “saved” version of recently visited websites to help them load faster. However, when new content (such as a new show) is published, your browser may continue showing the older version of the page. In this case, an ordinary refresh may not display the latest updates, as your browser might not detect the new content for up to an hour.
This saved version of a webpage is known as the ‘cache’. When the cache isn’t updated, it may appear as though a show isn’t yet available on the West Gippsland Arts Centre website. To ensure you’re seeing the latest version of the page, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache after a show has gone on sale.
